Student records
Administrators can export a student's full set of records. On request, an administrator can also anonymize a student. Anonymizing needs a stated reason, is recorded, and cannot be undone. De-identified data is kept for statistics.
AI services
Before any content is sent to an AI service, SCIO checks it for personal data and blocks the request if any remains. Saved snapshots of what was sent are redacted. Every AI-generated question is independently verified and instructor-approved before a student sees it.
